Where can I apply for the Tax Credit Advance Loan Program?

To receive an advance on the first time home buyer $8000 tax credit for homes purchased in 2009. I am able to find all kinds of information on it, just can't find where to apply. Thank you.

1. You apply for a bridge loan with your lender, you can only do this if you are doing an FHA loan.
