What is the easiest student credit card to get?

I've already applied for 2 other cards and have been denied because I have not "revolving" credit history. But they weren't student credit cards, which is what I guess I should have applied for first. Anyway what would be the easiest student credit card to get? Share your experiences please.

Capital One tends to be good about offering cards to people without any credit history. Also, make sure to get a card that has NO Annual Fee.
